Q: How do I join mymaurices?

A: You can sign up in store, online at maurices.com/mymaurices or via the mymaurices mobile app, available for download on both the App Store and Google Play.

Q: How can I make sure I’m notified about all the member only promotions, special deals, early preview events that come up?

A: Sign up here or provide your email address to stylist next time you’re in a maurices store. You can also email CARE team or call us at 1.866.977.1542.

Q: What are the mymaurices program perks for members?

A: For every 100 points you earn you’ll receive a $5 reward that you can use on top of any promotion and sale instore and online, there’s multiple times per year to earn 2x or 3x points to get you your rewards faster. You'll be a maurices insider with special sneak peek events and product previews, a gift on your birthday, member only perks and access to an online portal for checking your member only promotions and point balance.

Q: What extra benefits do maurices credit card cardmembers get?

Q: If don’t remember to bring my credit card in store, can the associate look up my account?

A: Yes, stylist can look you up with valid Photo ID and your social security # (which you will enter yourself on a secure device).

Q: How can I save my maurices credit card in my maurices.com account to ensure I always get 10% off every purchase and Free Shipping with No Minimum on every order?

A: You can manage your payment methods when signed in on the My Account dashboard page. Here you can add or remove payment methods to be saved for future orders, including your maurices credit card by clicking "manage payment methods". In addition to adding or removing payment methods, you can also assign default payment methods to be used on future orders.

Earning points:

Q: How do I earn mymaurices points?

A: For every $1 you spend you will receive 1 point. When you accumulate 100 points, we’ll send you a $5 reward. Each year members will have access to events where you can earn 2x and 3x points per $1 spent so you’ll get to your reward even faster!

Q: How long will it take to see my points after a purchase online or in store?

A: Points generally are awarded within 48 hours after a purchase is made. For online purchases, the points are awarded when the product is shipped.

Q: When will my rewards be available?

A: Rewards are available approximately 7 days after you reach the 100 points or more.

Q: How do I find out how many points I have?

A: Your points balance can be found online at https://www.maurices.com/mymaurices/ or an associate can look them up in store or you can find your balance on the mymaurices app.

Q: How do I redeem my rewards online and in store?

A: In store, simply show your reward to the stylist at check out. Online, just enter the coupon code listed on your certificate, in the promo code box at checkout.

Q: Will my mymaurices points expire?

A: If you continue to shop and accumulate points on the program, they will not. Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.

Q: Can I use more than one mymaurices reward at a time?

A: Yes, they expire after 90 days of issuance. We will send you an email to remind you when it's close to expiring, just in case you forget.

Q: What happens to my reward if I make a return?

A: If you are making an exchange in-store, the associate will apply the discount to the exchanged item. For specific questions on this, call Customer Care team.

Q: Do I have to have a physical mymaurices card to earn points?

A: No you do not. Just be sure to use the email address and phone number associated with your mymaurices account when purchasing online or in-store and we'll be sure you get your points!

Q: Can I receive my certificates via postal mail?

A: E-mail is the primary method of communication for mymaurices because we can get rewards to you more quickly. Additionally, you can get your rewards through text messaging, your mymaurices online account or our mobile app. In some circumstances, we can send rewards via postal mail.

Q: Why does the number on my mymaurices card not match the mymaurices ID number listed in mymaurices account emails and/or in the mobile app?

A: These numbers may not match because you have multiple cards associated with your account and we only publish one of them. Rest assure that if you are using the same email address and phone associated with your mymaurices account(s), we are keeping track of all points earned across multiple mymaurices ID #s and providing you with the total.

Q: Will my mymaurices membership ever expire?

A: If you have not made any purchases or engaged in the program after 2 years, your mymaurices loyalty membership will close.
