What are you doing to support healthcare workers and our communities during the COVID-19 pandemic?
maurices is proud to donate $250,000 to multiple rural community hospitals to support healthcare workers on the frontlines in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. Often rural hospitals don’t get the support they need, and by providing them with a monetary donation, they will be able to purchase items most needed at their individual hospitals.
Are your stores open? When do you expect them to open?
To help protect communities from the COVID-19 impact, our stores are temporarily closed. We don’t have a set date to re-open at this time as we are complying with all COVID-19 federal, state and local policies and guidance from CDC.
Will you honor expiring coupons during the store closure?
Any coupons with expiration dates during our store closure will be honored up to 30 days after our stores reopen.

I recently made a purchase from a store that is now closed. How can I return and/or exchange the items?
As always, maurices has a generous return philosophy, and we will make it right for you when our store reopens.

Yes. You can shop 24/7 at maurices.com. We’ll continue to add new fashions and be available through live chat and email support for any questions you have. We are also offering free shipping on all purchases.

Should I expect my shipment to be delayed?
The fulfillment centers and carrier networks we use are open and operational. You may experience temporary delays in the order processing as a result of additional safety measures we are all taking to help protect our teams.
My area is impacted by government restrictions. How do I get my items?
If you ordered online to be shipped to your home, our carriers will hold your order at one of their facilities until they are able to deliver to you. Your health and well-being are our highest priority during this challenging time, and we apologize for the unexpected delay.
I used “Free-Shipping-to-Store” and now the store is closed. How will I get my package?
If your package arrived before we closed, we will hold it for you until we are able to access our store.

Can I still ship to store?

What happens if I’m unable to make my credit card payment at this time?
Your maurices credit card is managed by Comenity Bank. Comenity Bank is committed to helping cardholders who may be experiencing hardships as a result of COVID-19. Because they understand it may be difficult to make payments on time, they are offering payment programs to help.
