Place your order

Start by browsing your favorites at maurices.com.

Then call your store to order. We’ll just need each style number and your size. And know that we’re happy to help you choose a size or even style with other pieces.

Or you can add to a wishlist as you browse. When you’re ready, go to the wishlist link in the footer and select “share to store.” You’ll be able to send your list and sizes directly to your store.

Wait for a confirmation call

Once we’ve checked that each item is available in your store, we’ll call you to confirm your order and pickup time. If we don’t have something available for quick pickup, you can make changes or have the remaining items shipped to your home.

Stop by the store

Call when you arrive so we can meet you just inside the door to process your payment. Have a maurices credit card? You can pay over the phone when we confirm your order.

Prefer to shop and pay online? Order online and pick up doorside.

Shop online and select “pick up at store” in checkout. We’ll let you know when your order is ready for pick up. Just call when you arrive, and we’ll meet you at the door.

FAQs

What do I need to bring with me when I pick up?

Please bring a valid ID. If you ordered through your store, we may also need a credit card to process your payment.

How long will the store hold my items?

Once your order is ready for pickup, paid items will be held for 30 days and unpaid items for 72 hours. If you’re unable to come within that timeframe, we will have to cancel your order.

Can I use coupons or mymaurices rewards?

Absolutely! Let us know what offers you have so we can help you get the best value. If you are ordering online, simply add your promotions or redeem your rewards in checkout.

How can I return a doorside pickup purchase?

If you ordered through your store, you will need to return your items to a store when you are ready. Our generous return policy means there is no deadline. Online orders can be returned by mail or to a store for an exchange or refund.
