Is my maurices store open?

Our stores are open. However, some locations may close for limited periods of time based on direction from the CDC and local and state governments. Check hours and openings.

Are masks required in all your stores?

Yes, we are asking that all customers please wear a face mask to protect the health of our communities, customers and associates.

Are fitting rooms open?

Yes! Our fitting rooms are open and sanitized after every use. We are also following safety practices with any items that are tried on.

Have my store hours changed?

Store hours are 11-6 daily in most locations. Some stores may have different hours that reflect the shopping center they are located in. Find your store hours.

Are you making special accommodations for people who may be at greater risk?

We are excited to offer two new ways to shop for all our customers so you can feel comfortable. Through doorside pickup, you can order through your store or online for store pickup with minimal contact.

We also offer complimentary personal styling sessions. When you arrive, you’ll have a reserved and sanitized fitting room ready with styles for you to try on. Simply call your store to schedule.

How do personal styling sessions work?

Simply call your store to schedule an appointment. We’ll ask you a few questions about your goals so our stylist can find just-right options for you. You can also request specific items you’re interested in.

When you arrive, you’ll have a reserved and sanitized fitting room with ready-for-you styles to try on. If you want to try other styles or sizes, our stylist will find them for you.

There’s no pressure to purchase anything and the session is complimentary.

How are you monitoring employee health?

We have a daily screening process in place for all store associates that is consistent with CDC and government/health department guidance.

Can I use cash to pay for my purchase?

Yes, we will accept cash payments. We have modified steps to allow our associates to handle cash using personal protective equipment.


Can I ship to store?

Yes, we are shipping to store under a new name through our doorside pickup service.


What is your return policy for in-store purchases?

As always, maurices has a generous return philosophy. While items purchased in-store can only be returned to a store location, there is no deadline by when you need to make this return.

What is your return policy for online orders?

We are accepting online returns as we always have. You can mail your item back to us or return to your store for an exchange or refund.


What are my options to make a credit card payment?

Visit maurices.com/creditcard for information regarding the maurices credit card. You may also call 1-866-248-4488 (TDD/TTY: 1-800-695-1788) to manage your account.

What happens if I’m unable to make my credit card payment at this time?

Your maurices credit card is managed by Comenity Bank. Comenity Bank is committed to helping cardholders who may be experiencing hardships as a result of COVID-19. Because they understand it may be difficult to make payments on time, they are offering payment programs to help.

What are you doing to support healthcare workers and our communities during the COVID-19 pandemic?

Maurices is proud to donate $250,000 to multiple rural community hospitals to support healthcare workers on the frontlines in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. Often rural hospitals don’t get the support they needs, and by providing them with a monetary donation, they will be able to purchase items most needed at their individual hospitals.
