I bought these pants online. Maurices clothes always run a little big so I ordered a size smaller than I usually wear. When I received these in the mail, I tried them on and they were huge, everywhere. Not even close to size considering I ordered a size smaller anyway. I drove to the store and returned them the next day. Horrible pants.

I have been purchasing the Smart pants for years. I have noticed though the last couple of pairs that I have bought have faded and seemed "cheap" compared to some of the previous pairs I have gotten. I have noticed that they are putting more polyester in them and less rayon so I am not sure if that is what the problem is. I really love the fit of the pant but the fading on them is horrible. I had to go purchase black dye to fix them. I couldn't wear a black cardigan with them after two to three washes because the fading was so bad. I have a pair from probably three years ago that still look new. I also noticed that they stretch out quite a bit more than they used to as well. Maurices designers, if you read this please go back to the old material for the Smart Fit pants. They were a much better quality pant. I purchase all my work clothes from Maurices and I think I might have to start going somewhere else for dress pants. :(

I have a maurices but they seem to never have my size. I order from online when that is the case. The only thing I was disappointed with is of the 4 pair of pants in the last 3 months and of the 4 pair 3 of them I had to fix the button because it fell off after the first time wearing them.

I bought these and they fit in store. I have had them less then a month and now I can pull them on without unbuttoning them they have stretched so much. Buy them very fitted....

I wear these pants to work every day with different tops from here. The biggest problem I have is with the button. It loosens and comes off the pants. I was able to fix this myself though very easily.

The size zero was falling off of me. They're huge. I also have long legs and the Regular length was far too long.

These smart pants were very comfortable & stylish to wear either for work or dress up. Love the way they fit, will purchase more.

I love the length of these pants, purchased short.I am 5"1 with my heels on they fall just right no need for hemming at least for me. I wore these to a wedding. Easy on,easy off. The only problem I have is after taking them off I notice that the threading is loose in the crotch and zipper area, also down the back. For 36.00 dollars I would expect more. Hoping this was just a faulty pair. Back to the store I go. Also it looks as if the needle that was used to sew the pants was to big for the material.

I bought a pair of these pants in the store and loved the way they fit. Received several comments on them from co-workers so I ordered 3 more pair on-line (the store by me had no more left in my size). After about 2 months I noticed the fabric peeling and fading. My work requires business dress and having faded peeling clothes is not appealing at all!
