This is a great buy. I love this item and purchased it in 3 of the 4 available colors. I think it is a must have for professional attire and it is great for the cold Minnesota winters ! The fabric is thicker than you might expect, which I love because there is no concern for undergarments/ a bra being seen through due to thin material. Excellent purchase, comfortable fit and great quality. I only wish Maurices offered this item in more colors !

I have broad shoulders and a small waist for my size. I'm 5'6" and 135lb. I have the worst time finding a button up that fits my shoulders AND flatters my waist! This is the best-fitting button up I've found for my shape (I got a small and it STILL fit my shoulders!).
This blouse is a good thick weight, and because it is form-fitting, works very well layered under sweaters or jackets. It is a heavier than typical fabric, but because it's cotton I actually sweat less in it than with lighter polyfiber shirts. The sleeves are a bit longer but I enjoy that. They're difficult to roll up past 3/4 length (unless you have VERY slim forearms) as there is a seam at the base of the cuff instead of the common slit. I bought black and white, and find that with properly colored bras they do not demand an undershirt. I hope others can enjoy this classic blouse, too!

This is a lovely shirt, with crisp lines and a very flattering fit. The sleeves run long, and go up over my hands (I am quite average in size). The white stays white, and is very nice quality overall.

Be warned, this is not a shirt for those who work in hot offices or who wear sleeves year-round. The fabric is very heavy, definitely a winter shirt.

This is not the crisp figure flattering super white simple shirt that I was expecting.
It's basic in a fairly boring disappointing way. The fabric is not crisp like you'd expect a sateen to be. It's a heavy fuzzy feeling cottony thickish fabric that just doesn't feel polished. It's a little snug compared to other Maurices clothes in the same size. Not my favorite, may well go back since the weight of it is just not comfortable and it's not the chic feminine cut white button down I'm looking for.

I purchased this as an option for a work shirt, and I bought it in the size that I typically wear in anything I purchase from Maurices. I found this to be a bit tight fitting in the sleeves and through the chest area.

i love this shirt. i generally have the best luck with the clothes at maurices. the seaming give a great hourglass and the sleeves are sleek and sexy. i can wear this work or dress it down with dark denim and fun jewerly
