Ship-to-Store

maurices.com allows you to shop online and pick-up your purchase in-store with our convenient "Ship-to-Store" feature.

How do I place a Ship-to-Store order?

  1. All items on www.maurices.com are available for ship-to-store.
  2. Place the item(s) in your shopping bag.
  3. At the top of the shopping bag is an area for you to enter a zip code. Enter your zip code and select the "go" button.
  4. A list of eligible Ship-to-Store locations will appear, select "Ship to this store" next to the store you wish to ship the products to (only one store may be chosen per order). If no stores appear, select another zip code or close this window and choose to ship to an alternate shipping address (i.e. your home) during the checkout process.
  5. Select the Proceed to Checkout button on the shopping bag.
  6. After checkout, you will receive 2 emails from us:
  • Ship-to-Store order confirmation email: verifies we have received your order. Do not proceed to the store yet.
  • Ship-to-Store Ship Confirmation email verifies that your order has been shipped and the credit card charged. You will receive a tracking number in order to monitor the shipping status of your order.

Can I expedite my shipment to the store?

  • When items are shipped to a Maurices store, they are eligible for standard shipping only. You can expect your order to arrive at the store within 3-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Can I track my shipment to the store?

Yes. Items are shipped using UPS. You will be provided with a tracking number in your ship confirmation email.

When can I pick up my order at the store?

Once your UPS tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, you may pick up the order at the designated Maurices store. Please verify store hours.

The items will be kept securely at the store for 21 days after delivery. We know you will want to pick up your items right away, but to prevent any returns, please do so within this timeframe.

After 21 days, any unclaimed items will be returned and you will receive credit for the item within 10-15 business days.

What information do I need to pick up my order?

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email when you visit the Maurices store to pick up your order. It contains all of the information needed to identify your order.

For your protection, you may be asked for the following:

  • Proper photo ID (a valid state-issued ID or drivers license)
  • Credit card used to make your purchase (if applicable)

You will also be asked to sign for your item when you pick it up.

Can I have someone else pick up my order for me?

For your protection, the owner or authorized user of the credit card must be present to pick up the merchandise.

What do I do if I want to return my order?

Just go to the store when your order arrives and you can return or exchange it right there!
