How do I place a Ship-to-Store order?

Can I track my shipment to the store? Yes. Items are shipped using UPS. You will be provided with a tracking number in your ship confirmation email. When can I pick up my order at the store? Once your UPS tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, you may pick up the order at the designated Maurices store. Please verify store hours. The items will be kept securely at the store for 21 days after delivery. We know you will want to pick up your items right away, but to prevent any returns, please do so within this timeframe. After 21 days, any unclaimed items will be returned and you will receive credit for the item within 10-15 business days. What information do I need to pick up my order? Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email when you visit the Maurices store to pick up your order. It contains all of the information needed to identify your order. You will also be asked to sign for your item when you pick it up. Can I have someone else pick up my order for me?
