For returns sent to www.maurices.com, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.

  • We will cover the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error. To receive the refund for your shipping costs, your items must be returned to www.maurices.com and not one of our retail stores.

For returns to our retail stores you can expect a refund at the time of return. Please remember to bring your www.maurices.com packing slip and/or invoice with you to the store when returning or exchanging items. To find the store location nearest you, please visit our store locator page.
