How will I know that my application has been received?
Once you have submitted your completed application, you will receive an automated response indicating that we have received it. To ensure that your email system allows receipt of our messages, please set your filter to receive emails from firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens after I have submitted my resume for a specific job posting?
Upon submission of your resume, you will receive a confirmation email, and your resume will be reviewed. If you are selected to move forward in the process, a company representative will be in touch with you.
How do I find out if there are positions available in a store? How do I know a position hasn't already been filled?
Our website shows our most current job postings. When a location is hiring, the jobs will be posted as "Now Hiring" and the number of positions available will be listed. When a location does not have current openings, job titles will be listed as "Accepting Applications" and the number of openings will be 0 (zero).
If you are looking for a position in a specific location, visit the "Search Jobs by Location" and select the location you are interested in. Any current openings will appear.
How do I apply for a position with a new store that has not yet opened?
You can create a JobAgent based on the location (see "What is a JobAgent?" below for more details). You will receive an email notification when that new location (store) is posted.
How do I find out if there are positions available in a specific department at the home office/corporate office?
Our website shows our most current job postings. If you do not see a posting for your specific department of interest, you can create a JobAgent (see "What is a JobAgent?" below for more details). You will receive an email notification containing the job details and a link to the Career Center where you can apply to the job.
What is a JobAgent?
A JobAgent is a unique and personalized way for you to find positions that are already tailored for you. With myJobAgent, you can avoid time-consuming searches through our job postings and be immediately notified about specific positions that are a good fit for you. You can create multiple profiles that outline your areas of career interest. Whenever we post a position that matches your profile(s), an email notification is automatically sent to you containing the job details and a link to the Career Center where you can apply for the position.
JobAgents are private, and you can update them at anytime. You define the duration in which a JobAgent remains active, as well as the frequency in which the notification is delivered.

How old do I need to be to apply?
While we welcome anyone to apply, we follow the work requirements outlined in each state, federal and country (if applicable) and base our hiring decisions on the candidate who meets all qualifications for the position.
Justice: Our minimum age requirement for our US stores is 16 years old. For positions at our Distribution Center, you must be at least 18 years old.
What happens if I forget my password?
Enter your email address in the "Forgot your password?" box. You will receive an email instructing you on how to obtain your password.
What if I want to change my information or would like to see the positions I've applied for?
Simply login to the Career Center. From here, you can edit your profile, update your resume, change your password, edit your contact information, see jobs you've applied to, view/edit your JobAgents, etc.
What if my resume will not download?
If your resume won't download, simply cut (ctrl X) or copy (ctrl C) and paste (ctrl X) into the box at the bottom of your profile page. If you are using a Mac, simply cut (Command X) or copy (Command C) and paste (Command V).
It is highly recommended that you download your resume in addition to pasting it into the resume section of the profile. This will allow your profile and credentials to be easily accessed by company representatives when searching our database.
